Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Dynatrace to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of systems. This role requires a deep understanding of monitoring tools, particularly Dynatrace, to enhance our infrastructure capabilities and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure performance and recommend improvements.




- Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure management processes and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure management and monitoring tools.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Dynatrace, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Solid understanding of monitoring and performance management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Certifications related to infrastructure management or Dynatrace.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management.
- Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
