Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare / Medical Billing)

Location: Chennai - Perungudi

Shift: Night Shift

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Working Days: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Cab Facility: Not Available

Food Facility: Not Available

Salary: Based on your interview performance + Travel Allowance

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AR Caller to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role involves handling unpaid/denied medical claims, insurance follow-ups, denial management,



and ensuring timely claim resolution with US-based insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Analyze claim denials, delays, and underpayments.
- Work on aging AR buckets (30/60/90/120+ days).
- Handle denial management, appeals, and claim corrections.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update claim status.
- Follow HIPAA compliance and client guidelines.
- Achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with Team Leads, QA, and AR teams for claim resolution.

Required Skills:

- 1-5 years of hands-on experience in AR Calling / Medical Billing.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers.

Understanding denial codes, CPT/ICD-10 basics.

- Experience with PMS/EHR tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
