Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and implement Quality Management System (QMS) in the plant.
- Conduct FMEA, APQP, PPAP, COPQ, MSA, SPC, IATF audits to maintain high-quality products.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities through 8D process to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute quality plans.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Robust understanding of QMS principles and practices such as ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience with auditing processes including FMEA, APQP, PPAP, COPQ, MSA, SPC.
