About the Role

Synergix Services Private Limited is looking for a proactive and analytical Business Development Executive to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist with market research, business analysis, CRM management, and internal coordination while working closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals for management.
- Support internal business development documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in executing projects related to business growth, market expansion, and process improvements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team.
- Manage correspondence and organize business documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Market Research, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Internship experience in business development will be an added advantage.
- Certification in Business Analytics, CRM Management, or Market Research is preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of business development processes and market analysis.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
