Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage HVAC-related activities across project sites.
- Review and approve HVAC design documents, shop drawings, and submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with various disciplines, ensuring integration of HVAC systems with other engineering systems.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project tracking and communication.
- Liaise between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders regarding HVAC requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues and provide technical support when necessary.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines related to HVAC installations and maintenance.
- Promote and implement energy-efficient practices and solutions for HVAC systems.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASHRAE, ANSI, etc.).
- Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
