Role:
Lead multi-unit cafe operations across the city, driving revenue, profitability, P&L;, customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive city-level sales, revenue and profitability.
- Manage multiple cafe outlets and Caf/Store Managers.
- Ensure SOP, food safety, audit and service standards.
- Optimize manpower, inventory, wastage and operating costs.
- Drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
Requirements:
- 8-15 years in Cafe, QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality or Retail Operations.
- 3-5+ years managing multiple outlets / city / cluster operations.
- Robust P&L;, people management and business acumen.
- Experience with leading caf/QSR brands preferred.
