Job Title: SAP Technical Project Manager ABAP Background

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager with a strong ABAP background to manage SAP technical projects, lead technical teams, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end SAP technical projects, including implementation, rollout, migration and support.
- Lead and manage SAP ABAP technical teams.
- Review technical designs, development and project deliverables.
- Manage SAP integrations, interfaces and technical dependencies.
- Coordinate with functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage SIT, UAT, cutover and Go-Live activities.
- Handle project planning, resource allocation, risks, issues and timelines.
- Ensure technical quality, coding standards and project governance.
- Communicate project status and progress to clients and senior management

Technical Skills:

- Strong SAP ABAP experience
- ABAP Objects,



Reports, ALV, Enhancements, BAdIs
- CDS Views, AMDP, OData
- BAPI, RFC, IDoc, Web Services
- SAP S/4HANA & ECC
- SAP Fiori/UI5 Added Advantage
- SAP BTP/CPI Added Advantage
- SAP Integration & Interface Management
- Data Migration & Go-Live

Project Management Skills:

SAP Project Management, Team Management, Client Management, Stakeholder Management, Resource Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Project Planning, SAP Implementation, SAP Rollout, SAP Support, SAP Activate, Agile/Waterfall.

Preferred Candidate:

- 8+ years of SAP experience with robust ABAP technical expertise.
- Experience as SAP Technical Lead / Technical Manager / Project Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling SAP implementation, rollout or support projects.
