JOB DESCRIPTION FOR REFERRAL - MARKETING

- POSITION: - ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER
- DEPARTMENT: - MARKETING
- REORTING TO: - HEAD - MARKETING

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals across Mumbai.

- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, consultants, and healthcare partners to promote hospital services and specialties.

- Explain hospital clinical strengths, infrastructure, doctors profiles, and treatment outcomes to referral partners.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient appointments, admissions, and feedback for referred cases.

- Track and maintain referral data, conversion rates, and monthly performance reports.





- Address concerns or queries of referring doctors to enhance trust and long-term association.

- Organize CME programs, doctor meets, health talks, and networking events to strengthen qualified relationships.

- Ensure ethical marketing practices as per hospital policy and applicable healthcare regulations.

- Collect market intelligence on competitor hospitals, pricing trends, and new services in the Mumbai healthcare market.

- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams to improve referral experience and patient satisfaction.
