Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Marketing (Real Estate) to lead marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales and marketing, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and manage channel partner networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales and leasing targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Drive business through channel partners and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Generate and evaluate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, operations, legal, and other internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor sales and leasing performance and prepare regular MIS and management reports.
- Develop strategies to improve customer engagement, lead conversion, and business growth.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners and customers to understand requirements and resolve concerns.
- Support promotional activities, property launches,



campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offerings, and market positioning.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and leasing targets.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, marketing, leasing, or business development.
- Candidates with strong experience in managing channel partners and achieving real estate sales targets will be preferred.
