About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Recruiter for our RPO delivery team in Bengaluru. This is an individual contributor role for someone who has worked in an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) setup managing end-to-end recruitment for client accounts under SLA-driven, high-volume conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer/onboarding) for assigned client account(s) under RPO engagement
- Source candidates via Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal ATS, and referrals
- Screen candidates against client-specific JDs, conduct HM-level fitment assessment, not just keyword matching
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer negotiation with client stakeholders
- Track and report against RPO SLAs TAT, submission ratios, offer-to-join ratios, quality of submittals
- Maintain daily/weekly pipeline reports and client dashboards
- Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring/critical roles
- Ensure compliance with client-specific submission protocols and documentation standards
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on RPO experience (non-negotiable candidates from pure staffing/agency backgrounds without RPO exposure will not be considered)
- Strong sourcing skills across Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms
- Experience managing SLA/KPI-driven recruitment delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management comfortable interfacing directly with client HRs/hiring managers
- Immediate joiner or currently serving notice (max 15 days)
- Willing to work from office at Whitefield, Bengaluru
Good to Have
- Experience recruiting for IT/semiconductor/engineering domains
- Exposure to tools like CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar ATS/VMS platforms
- Prior experience working with US or MNC RPO clients
