AI Evaluator / Analyst -

Walk in interview - 21st August 2026(Friday)

Reporting Time - 10:00AM TO 12:00PM

Internship stipend: 10,000/month for 6 months; on successful completion, 50% hike to a CTC of 15,000/month.

Key Responsibilities

- Listen to and analyze Voice Bot conversations to assess accuracy, tone, resolution quality, and adherence to SOPs.
- Prepare structured evaluation reports capturing bot performance, error patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Share actionable inputs and feedback with the Tech/Bot Development team to help coach and enhance the bot's responses.
- Audit chat model outputs and enhancements, flagging inconsistencies or gaps against expected behavior.
- Check and validate data sync between the bot platform and downstream systems for accuracy and completeness.
- Track red-flag / red-alert transactions and escalate them as per defined process.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions with the quality and tech teams to maintain scoring consistency.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or SOP improvements based on audit findings.

Skills Required

- Educational background or coursework in Data Analytics / Data Science (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; comfortable working with data and identifying patterns.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in conversations and data.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables preferred).
- Ability to prepare clear, structured reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.




- Curiosity about AI/voice bot technology and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
- Valuable team player with the ability to work closely with Tech, Quality, and Client teams.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / recent graduate in a relevant field, or completion of a Data Analyst / Data Science certification course.
- Freshers are welcome; prior internship or project experience in data analysis is a plus.
- Comfortable working from office, 6 days a week, at either our Noida (Sector 63) or Bangalore location.
- Willingness to undergo a structured 22-day training program plus a 3-day OJT and client certification before taking up independent audits.

Compensation & Growth

- 6-month internship at a stipend of 10,000 per month.
- Training stipend is payable only if the candidate successfully clears the client's formal certification (post the 3-day OJT) and is willing to continue working with us; if not, the training period will remain unpaid.
- On successful completion of the internship, a 50% hike will be given, taking the CTC to 15,000 per month.
- Continued growth and role confirmation is based on performance during the internship period.

Language

- English Read, write & speak Mandatory
- Hindi Read, write & speak Mandatory
- Knowledge of an additional regional language is an advantage.
