Role & responsibilities

We are hiring energetic freshers for Auto Loan sales. Role includes field sales, dealer relationship management, and helping customers secure vehicle loans.

What you will do:

Generate new business through field sales activities.

Build and maintain relationships with automobile dealers and channel partners.

Meet prospective customers and explain auto loan products.

Source and process vehicle loan applications.

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and timely disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.

Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and dealers to build long-term relationships. Monitor local market trends and competitor activities

Preferred candidate profile

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Customer-centric approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphones.

Positive attitude with a target driven mindset.
