ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking self-driven and sales-focused professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate should

have proven experience in healthcare or wellness sales, strong communication and negotiation skills,

and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. This role involves managing inbound and

outbound calls, converting leads into confirmed appointments, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients to promote body

contouring and aesthetic services.

- Convert leads into consultations or service bookings through effective communication and

personalized engagement.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable treatment plans or packages.
- Maintain accurate and updated client information and follow-up logs in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with clinic staff and management to ensure smooth client flow and service delivery.
- Track and manage inventory levels to ensure readiness for scheduled services.
- Support manpower coordination by aligning appointments with available resources and

specialists.

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the centers overall performance goals.
- Deliver excellent customer experience by ensuring timely follow-ups, service feedback, and

relationship management.

- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in inside sales, telesales. or telemarketing preferably in the healthcare,

beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry, added advantage

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic inventory management systems.
- Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
