Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the file transfer system, ensuring it is up-to-date and running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot issues related to file transfers and resolve them efficiently.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement procedures for new file transfer processes.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the file transfer system.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
- Solid knowledge of file transfer systems and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in file transfer management.
