Purpose/Objective
To ensure the smooth and effective conduct of e-auction process
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Conduct e-auctions as per the approved schedule and standard auction templates.
- Create and monitor auction events.
- Provide training and support to suppliers for maximize participation.
- Ensure compliance with auction governance guidelines, SOPs, and approval requirements.
- Update auction records and auction trackers accurately and on time.
Technical Competencies
Ariba,E-Procurement Platforms,MS Office Suite,Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1.
2-5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or E-Auction Operations.
2.
experience in conducting Reverse Auctions and Ariba
