Job Title: Branch Manager – Equity Broking & Trading

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall branch operations for equity broking and trading.
- Drive revenue through equity, derivatives, mutual funds and other investment products.
- Acquire new clients and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
- Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve business targets.
- Generate leads through branch networking, references, corporate tie-ups and local market activities.
- Ensure effective client onboarding, KYC and account-opening processes.
- Monitor daily trading, sales and revenue performance of the branch.
- Maintain strong relationships with HNI, retail and institutional clients.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange and company policies.




- Prepare and review MIS, sales reports and branch performance dashboards.
- Handle client escalations and ensure high-quality customer service.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate/MBA/PG preferred; NISM certification will be an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in equity broking, stock market, trading or wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets, trading products and investment services.
- Proven experience in branch management and team handling.
- Strong sales, networking, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- Valuable local market knowledge and a strong business network.
- Target-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
