Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for driving student admissions through effective lead generation, counselling, and conversion strategies. The role involves engaging with parents, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the school's offerings to ensure a seamless admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through various channels such as walk-ins, tele-calling, referrals, and online enquiries.

Counsel prospective parents regarding curriculum, facilities, and admission process.

Conduct school tours and ensure an excellent on-ground experience for visitors.

Follow up with potential parents to achieve admission targets.

Participate in on-ground marketing activities such as education fairs, parent meetings, and community events.

Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries,



and conversions in CRM tools.

Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

0 to 4 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer-facing roles (preferably in the education sector).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
