Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right DMart stores with optimal stock levels, accurate pricing, and effective merchandising to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with DMart teams to maintain product availability across stores.
- Manage product assortment, pricing updates, and stock movement.
- Plan and execute promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure proper product display and adherence to merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to improve category performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, stock availability, and merchandising activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Retail, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Merchandising, Retail Operations, or Inventory Management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
