Role & responsibilities

Quality Control (QC)

* Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
* Inspect products as per defined quality standards and specifications.
* Identify and report quality issues, defects, or deviations to the concerned senior.
* Maintain QC inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
* Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
* Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected/non-conforming materials.
* Support implementation of quality procedures and SOPs.
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards on the shop floor.

Operations & Dispatch

* Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with the production and dispatch teams.
* Verify finished goods before dispatch as per order requirements.
* Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents and records.
* Coordinate with stores, production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely dispatches.
* Ensure correct quantity, product, packaging, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
* Track dispatch status and update relevant records.
* Assist in stock verification and reconciliation whenever required.




* Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure proper handling of materials.
* Support smooth and timely execution of customer orders.

Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain daily QC and dispatch reports.
* Update production, inspection, rejection, and dispatch records.
* Prepare basic MIS/reports as required by the management.
* Ensure proper filing and maintenance of operational documents.

Skills Required

* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Basic knowledge of quality control and manufacturing processes.
* Good observation and problem-solving skills.
* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
* Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
* Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant setting.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
* Attention to detail and a responsible approach toward work.

Preferred candidate profile

* CIPET Pass Out .
* Candidates with prior experience in QC, production, operations, dispatch, or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
* Candidates should be willing to learn and work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
