The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and general HR & administrative activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and handling joining and onboarding formalities. The role will also include maintaining employee attendance, leave and personnel records, preparing HR-related reports, coordinating payroll inputs, managing employee documentation, assisting with company policies and compliance, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, and coordinating with employees and management for smooth HR operations.
