- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to ensure system reliability and optimal performance in a cloud-hosted workplace.
- Contribute to technical documentation, API specifications, and architectural decision records to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability of the systems built.
