We are seeking an experienced Process Executive to join our Manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Assembly line process section.
- Maintain jigs, fixtures and its spares and prepare various process documents such as SOP, PFMEA, MCS,QMR.
- Develop local vender for jigs and fixtures and auxiliary materials.
- New Model Development, trial conducts and put in mass production.
- Optimizing the productivity, work with CFT for reduction in scrap.
- Process optimization and Improve process capability of welding process.
- Maintaining Process documentation.
- Handling jigs & fixtures.
- Prepare drawing of new parts, jig and fixture.
- Ensure machine running smoothly.
- Current model trial and its mass production.
- Welding process parameters optimization and cycle time reduction.
- Auxiliary Material development.
- Process documentation finished on time.
- Before starting new model, all jigs and fixtures were prepared before target date.
- Frequently check machine status during routine plan.
- Reduce Process time.
- Make smooth and easy way with higher efficiency and quality.




- To improve the production efficiency.
- Reduce scraps from the line.
- Ensure that making production is smooth with good quality, properly method adopted.
- 2D and 3D modeling software awareness. Prepare drawing of jig and fixtures in solid edge and AutoCAD

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Good knowledge of drawing interpretation.
- Good knowledge for welding such as MIG, TIG and SPOT Welding.
- Should know 2D & 3D modeling drawing.
- Before worked with automobile industry in weld shop or Sheet metal shop is a plus.

Work Experience: 2+ Years

Educational Qualification: BE - Mechanical
