Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor site HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and project requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness programs.
- Monitor PPE usage and safe working practices at site.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
- Support risk assessments, JSA, and safe work procedures.
- Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Requirements

- Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant Safety experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industry/project environment.
- Mandatory experience in 132 KV / 220 KV Substation Projects.
- Solid knowledge of electrical project safety and site HSE practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at an Ahmedabad project site.
