Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell relevant products or services.
- Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings, including features, advantages, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BFSI industry (banking, financial services & insurance).
- Strong background in cross sales, field sales, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
