What Youll Be Doing:

- Lead and mentorthe developmentteam through guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
- Plan sprints, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and solution architecture.
- Create and manage projecttimelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Deliver on-time or before-time solutions while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle client communication and provide technical clarity and updates.
- Manage availability based on client requirements and time zones.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript is mandatory.




- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
- Experience handling cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven experience in team mentoring,leadership, and project ownership.
- Knowledge and practical use of AI tools is a must.
- Good to Have (Advantage):
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience interacting directly with international clients.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication:
- Robust verbal and written communication skills are required due to client interactions.
