Software Engineer

Reporting To: Group IT Head

Experience: 5+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software development, application support, database management, integrations, and process automation. The role will support business-critical applications and enterprise systems across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain web and business applications.

Integrate ERP, Retail, Finance, HR, and other systems using APIs and databases.

Develop automation solutions using Python, SQL, and PowerShell.

Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.

Support application deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance.

Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for implementation and support.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.





5+ years of experience in software development and application support.

Solid hands-on experience in Python and SQL.

Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.

Experience with ERP / Enterprise Applications.

Exposure to Power BI, reporting, workflow automation, or APIs.

Basic knowledge of Azure/AWS is preferred.

Experience with SAP, LS Business Central, Retail ERP, or POS will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Real Estate is preferred.
