Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

* Welcome and prepare patients before consultations and procedures.

* Record and monitor vital signs and relevant patient information.

* Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.

* Explain pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions to patients.

* Monitor patients during and after procedures.

* Maintain patient comfort, privacy and dignity at all times.

* Identify and immediately report any abnormal symptoms or adverse reactions to the doctor.

2. Procedure & Aesthetic Assistance

Assist doctors during various aesthetic procedures, including:

* Injectables and aesthetic procedures

* Laser and energy-based treatments

* Skin and hair treatments

* PRP and other regenerative procedures

* Minor surgical procedures

* Hair transplant procedures, where required

* Dressing and wound care

* Pre- and post-procedure patient management

3. OT / Surgical Assistance

* Prepare the procedure/OT room before surgery.

* Assist the surgeon and surgical team during procedures.

* Maintain sterile technique and aseptic precautions.

* Prepare surgical instruments, consumables and equipment.

* Assist with patient positioning and preparation.

* Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization and disposal of instruments and biomedical waste.

* Check availability of emergency equipment and essential medications.

4. Hair Transplant Assistance

The nurse may be trained to assist the hair transplant team with:

* Patient preparation

* Pre-operative assessment

* OT setup

* Graft handling and maintaining a sterile field

* Assistance during FUE/DHI procedures

* Dressing and post-operative care





* Patient counselling regarding post-transplant instructions

* Maintaining procedure documentation

Training will be provided for clinic-specific hair transplant protocols.

5. Medication & Inventory Management

* Maintain appropriate stock of medicines, consumables and emergency supplies.

* Check expiry dates regularly.

* Maintain procedure-wise consumable requirements.

* Inform the clinic manager about low-stock or expired items.

* Follow medication administration protocols strictly as directed by the doctor.

6. Infection Control & Safety

* Follow strict infection-control protocols.

* Maintain aseptic technique during procedures.

* Ensure proper disinfection and sterilization of instruments and surfaces.

* Follow biomedical waste segregation guidelines.

* Maintain cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas.

* Follow emergency and safety protocols of the clinic.

7. Documentation

* Maintain accurate patient records.

* Document vitals, medications, procedures and relevant observations.

* Maintain procedure checklists and nursing records.

* Ensure proper documentation of consumables wherever required.

* Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.

8. Patient Experience

At Mila Aesthetics, patient experience is as key as clinical care.

The nurse is expected to:

* Communicate politely and professionally.

* Make patients feel comfortable and cared for.

* Handle anxious patients calmly.

* Maintain discretion and confidentiality.

* Provide a warm and premium patient experience.

* Coordinate smoothly with doctors, reception and the clinic team.
