KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and maintain CMDB architecture, CI classes, attributes and relationships aligned to CSDM.
- Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping and Service Graph connectors.
- Manage the Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), data normalisation and de-duplication.
- Establish CMDB governance, data-quality standards, health dashboards and KPIs.
- Run reconciliation, remediation, certification and audit activities to improve CMDB completeness and compliance.
- Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, SecOps and external data sources via APIs and MID Server.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
- Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), CI Class Manager, CMDB Query Builder.
- CMDB health, data governance and reconciliation methodologies.
- JavaScript/Glide, Import Sets, Transform Maps and MID Server.
- Exposure to using CMDB data across ITSM, ITOM and SecOps.
