* Bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

* Preparation of MIS reports and monthly financial statements.

* Vendor payments and contractor billing.

* Budgeting and financial analysis.

* Coordination with auditors, banks and consultants.

* Finalization of books of accounts.

* Ensuring compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements.

* Supervision of junior accounting staff.
