Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets for LAP (Loan Against Property) products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in LAP sales or related fields.
- Strong understanding of banking products such as loans against property, mortgages, etc. .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced workplace.
