Key Deliverables (Essential functions &Responsibilities; of the Job):
Ensure achievement of salestargets assigned to the store
Ensure minimization of costsby controlling wastage, handling merchandise properly
To avoid shrinkage in thestore
Build relationships withcustomers and understand customer needs and recommend products.
Ensure visual merchandisingstandards are adhered to and standards are maintained
Ensure merchandise is handledcorrectly through the correct stock management processes
Handle responsibility ofcashiering as and when needed. Follow company processes and guidelines forstore operating procedures
