Role & responsibilities

- Manage lateral hiring for Sales positions across the West Zone.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Regional/Corporate Office positions.
- Drive campus and fresher hiring for Sales and Corporate functions.
- Partner with Business and Functional Heads for manpower planning and talent requirements.
- Manage talent management, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers and promotions.
- Conduct salary negotiation and offer management with candidates.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and campus relationships.
- Track recruitment TAT, offer-to-join ratio and HR MIS.
- Support performance management and other HR initiatives across the assigned region.

- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Sales Recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering ability.
- Hands-on experience in employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Good understanding of talent management and retention strategies.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR MIS and recruitment platforms.
- Willingness to travel across the West Zone as required.
