Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain tech packs for samples and bulk production.
- Conduct regular follow-ups at sampling and bulk production stages to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and coordinate fabric and trims requisitions as per production requirements.
- Follow up with production teams during the bulk execution stage to ensure smooth and timely production.
- Handle Fabric PO punching in SAP and ensure accurate purchase order processing.
- Coordinate and execute PR corrections in SAP as required.
- Conduct pre-production activities, including BOM creation and Work Order generation in SAP.
- Follow up with suppliers for bulk fabric delivery and ensure materials are available as per production timelines.
- Maintain and update season-wise range planning.




- Coordinate with factories for production planning and execution.
- Conduct regular factory visits for production monitoring, quality coordination, and timeline adherence.
- Monitor stock inventory and ensure timely stock updates in SAP.
- Prepare and maintain season-wise grids covering MRP, options, state, pattern, and fit.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and factories to ensure smooth execution from sampling through bulk production.
- Track production status, material availability, and critical timelines to minimize delays and ensure on-time delivery.
