The opportunity: Associate-CHS-SaT-SaT - TCF - MA Advisory - Mumbai.

CHS consists of Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

- Support execution of buy-side, sell-side, strategic partnership, joint venture and fundraising mandates.
- Support the Deal team in prepare of transaction marketing materials including: a.) Teasers b.) Information Memorandums (IMs) c.) Financial Models d.) Deal Related presentations
- Coordinate and manage due diligence workstreams involving financial, commercial, tax and legal advisors.
- Assist in managing virtual data rooms and transaction processes.
- Assist senior bankers in preparing pitch books, strategic presentations and sector update presentations.
- Research emerging investment themes, sector related developments, and various transactions that take place.
- Prepare sector reports, industry maps, company profiles and market assessments.
- Contribute to client pitches, business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)




- MBA from Premier / Top Institutes

Experience

- Front End Investment Banking Experience of 1 - 3 years
