AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) - Healthcare RCM

Eligibility Skills

- Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
- Knowledge about Medicare Medicaid CMS-1500 form
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Education

- Undergraduate or Graduate.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact insurance companies, patients,

- Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and claim updates.
