Job Summary

The Performance Analyst will primarily will be responsible for the preparation of analytics data needed by Portfolio Management, Investment Oversight, Marketing, Client Service, Legal/Compliance, and additional areas within the enterprise. In addition to analytics support, the Performance Analyst will participate in improvement of a performance system as well as projects which arise in support of the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Support reporting needs for investment performance, characteristics and risk statistics
- Maintain performance measurement system for calculation of portfolio returns and statistics
- Troubleshoot and explain the performance results and remediate errors.
- Operate under an setting where performance results are consistent with Global Investment Performance Standard (GIPS) requirements.
- Develop, automate, and enhance performance reports
- Communicate with various departments




- Utilize multiple tools (both proprietary and third party) to gather information

Educational Requirements

- Bachelors Degree Required

Work Experience

- 3+ years Required
