Role & responsibilities :

- Branch Oversight & Compliance
- Conduct surprise and scheduled visits to branches to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular reviews to maintain stock accuracy and availability.
- Address and resolve customer service issues and feedback promptly to enhance service quality.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies across all branches in the zone.
- Audit & Governance
- Prepare branches for internal and external audits and manage query resolution effectively.
- Maintain a transparent approval and communication hierarchy to streamline decision-making and escalation.
- Manpower & Training
- Plan and manage manpower deployment, ensuring optimal staffing and smooth operations.




- Conduct functional interviews and facilitate training programs for pharmacists and store personnel.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate regularly with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and initiatives.
- Support the setup of new pharmacies or stores within the zone, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- Zonal Representation
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the zone, liaising between Head Office, departments, and branch teams.

Preferred candidate profile : B-pharma/ D-Pharma with previous experience is preferred
