This role is primarily focused on writing 60-90 second reels, along with occasional long-form YouTube videos of up to 10 minutes. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, audience psychology, and what makes content goes viral. They should be able to simplify complex ideas into scripts that are engaging, easy to understand, and enjoyable to watch.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven track record of writing viral short-form content.
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Experience writing both short-form and long-form video content.
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and audience engagement.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into explicit, relatable stories.
- Good understanding of finance, business, investing, or economics is preferred.
