1) Job Purpose

The Supply Manager is responsible for translating unconstrained demand plans into constrained and feasible supply plans that optimize capacity, asset utilization, and material flows across casters, mills, presses, dies, and finishing lines. Leveraging Blue Yonder s integrated supply planning capabilities, the role ensures alignment between demand forecasts and production realities, while driving efficiency, reducing scrap, and improving inventory performance across the metals value chain

The role is to operate across the complex business comprising of:

- Demand: Extrusions 92 KT/Annum and across 9 Streams, 66. 5K SKUs, 2K + Customers, Pan Geographic operations.
- Supply: 4 extrusion plants, 2 dieshops, 3 casthouses; multiple warehouses + value addition units that together deliver Extrusions (7. 6 KT/month). # of presses 15 extrusion lines [2025]
- Network wide Working Capital ~ 15 days of Finished Goods, and 45 days of WIP Network wide Working Capital ~ 15 days of Finished Goods, and 45 days of WIP (about 75 KT)

Supporting Actions

Supply Planning and Optimization

- Translate demand into feasible Supply plans by converting the unconstrained demand signal into constrained and feasible supply plans using Blue Yonder s supply planning suite, ensuring alignment across plants and product lines
- Optimize asset utilization by developing supply plans that maximize throughput and minimize bottlenecks across casters, mills, presses, dies, and finishing lines, while balancing customer priorities and cost efficiencies
- Manage campaign and alloy mix planning by designing and managing alloy and width campaigns to optimize material flow, yield,



and setup times while meeting market and customer requirements

Supply Planning adherence and Performance Management

- Monitor adherence to supply plans and proactively address deviations to safeguard customer commitments
- Drive improvements in workinprogress, scrap, and unallocated finished goods, ensuring better yield and working capital efficiency
- Lead die planning and allocation processes to enhance die utilization, reduce downtime, and maintain operational readiness across production units

CrossFunctional Collaboration and SOP Integration

- Work closely with demand planners, production, logistics, and fice teams to ensure endtoend synchronization between demand, supply, and ficial plans
- Contribute to SOP reviews by providing explicit visibility into constraints, risks, and tradeoffs that impact production and fulfilment
- Leverage Blue Yonder analytics and dashboards to deliver insights that enhance decisionmaking and drive alignment across functions

Digital and Process Excellence

- Utilize the full capabilities of Blue Yonder s IBP platform for capacity balancing, supply optimization, and whatif simulations
- Strengthen planning processes through continuous improvement initiatives that shorten cycle times and enhance responsiveness 3. Maintain high standards of data integrity across Blue Yonder, ERP, and plant execution systems to enable reliable and consistent decisionmaking
