- Manage endtoend communication including invite mails, calendar blocking, session closure, feedback collection, and branding.
- Analyze training feedback and issue certificates to participants.

LMS ELearning Management (CSOD GVC)

- Maintain accurate records of classroom training on the LMS, covering functional, behavioral, and other categories.
- Identify and implement relevant elearning programs via Gyanodaya Virtual Campus (GVC).




- Ensure complete documentation and tracking of all learning activities.
- Support data visualization and reporting through Power BI dashboards.

Expense Budget Management

- Oversee LDrelated purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), invoice handling, and clearance processes.
- Maintain and manage annual budget data for LD activities.

Training Facilitation

- Facilitate instructorled training (ILT) sessions for HObased programs.
- Support trainers and participants during sessions to ensure high engagement and learning effectiveness.
