Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Cloud environments, Agile delivery, software development, stakeholder management, and project leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of complex, funded business cases, budgets, and feature workstreams while managing multiple project priorities.
- Manage all phases of projects through the Product Development / Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Establish and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Define key performance parameters and prepare regular variance and progress reports.
- Track productivity metrics, identify gaps, escalate risks/issues early, and drive corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best delivery practices.
- Develop and maintain effective communication plans, including clear roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate and manage resources across multiple teams and time zones.
- Work with Engineering Resource Managers to negotiate and secure project resources.
- Raise resource demands and review resource allocation to ensure optimal project delivery.
- Maintain ownership and accountability for project schedules and delivery commitments.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform data analysis to support project planning, reporting, and decision-making.
- Partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues, manage risks, and minimize project impacts.
- Align short-term project priorities with strategic and long-term business objectives.
- Present project status, risks, dependencies, achievements, and recommendations clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.




- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain delivery momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and high-performing team culture.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8 + years of IT Project Delivery / Project Management experience, preferably in Cloud environments.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Agile Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
- Strong experience working with Cloud technologies, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Advanced hands-on knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale is preferred.
- Proven project leadership experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, resource management, and delivery management.
- Strong stakeholder relationship and communication management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in process improvement and business transformation.
- Strong business analysis and data analysis skills.
- Experience managing projects across multiple teams, functions, and geographical locations.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Robust understanding of corporate and financial regulations.
- Experience working with organizations ranging from start-ups to global enterprises.
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or Betting & Gaming, is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, time-management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
