Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, curious, and insights-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to own our performance data across platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Your mission: translate campaign data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions, better ROI, and client delight.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and manage reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, etc.) for internal and client-facing performance reviews
- Analyze campaign data across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to uncover actionable insights and optimization opportunities
- Track user behavior using GA4 and event-based analytics to identify drop-offs, engagement patterns, and funnel performance
- Collaborate with content, design, and paid media teams to align execution with strategic insights
- Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking to provide perspective on performance
- Own weekly/monthly reporting, flagging anomalies, trends, and opportunities proactively
- Assist in performance forecasting and ROI modeling for media plans





You'll Excel in This Role If You:

- Have 2-4 years of experience in a digital agency or data-heavy marketing role
- Are fluent in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and ideally Looker Studio
- Love diving into metrics, but can also tell a story from numbers
- Are comfortable juggling multiple projects, clients, and deadlines
- Know how to simplify complexity-your insights are sharp and digestible
- Are self-motivated, process-oriented, and excited to grow with a high-performance team
