Job Title: HR Recruiter & HR Generalist

Job Description:
We are looking for an HR professional with 2 to 5 years of experience who has hands-on experience in both recruitment and HR generalist functions. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring along with core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and closures)
- Collaborate with hiring managers for requirements and hiring decisions
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS
- Support payroll coordination and attendance management
- Drive employee engagement and address HR queries
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in both recruitment and HR generalist role
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently
