- Preparation of annual/periodic budgets, strategic plans for the Business and Central Unit
- Performance analytics on loan book, operational and collection efficiency, critical ratio analysis
- Draw up Branch level profitability statement and other key metrics for monitoring productivity
- Drive Market Analysis, competition mapping peer analysis for the business group
- Perform analytics on existing portfolio and provide analytical reports for decision making to Senior Management
- Prepare cash flow projections and ALM statements
