Responsibilities

- Remain current on UI design trends and possess an awareness of competitive developments and methods.
- Creating the web and/or visual design executions for the Product team and tech Team.
- Find ways to push the limits of existing web technology to create the best possible user experience.
- Define the information architecture, advocating web interaction design best practices with a focus on consistency and usability.
- Quickly translate new interface requirements iteratively into functional prototypes.
- Work across agile teams to ensure UX consistency and leverage design for a compelling and intuitive product.
- Build standards and practices for the application (style-sheets and reusable objects) but understand and interpret existing style guides to inform your work.
- Graphically rich, reusable components that match UI/UX wireframes high fidelity designs.
- Help define, develop and maintain a concise set of user stories to drive the development of solutions that delight customers from interaction initiation to satisfied conclusion.

Qualifications

- BE/ BSC or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Arts or equivalent education/experience.



Emphasis on usability, human factor and/or user interfaces is desirable.
- Min 6+ years of experience in UX/UI designing of web applications, mobile apps ( android/iOS).
- Solid design skills in web and mobile and desktop - Html 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap, Mockups and Wireframes.
- Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work with others at all levels; Effective at working with geographically remote and culturally diverse teams.
- Must possess a passion for user interfaces and human computer interfaces with the ability to excite and motivate other team members in various roles with-in the organization
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc and experience in using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, etc with storyboarding and prototyping, working with offshore teams.
