Position Title:-Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Institutional Sales

Experience :-Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Institutional / B2B Pharmaceutical Sales

Salary :- 10 LPA – 15 LPA (Negotiable)
Salary will be commensurate with experience and current CTC

Job Summary

Concept Pharma is looking for a senior-level Institutional Sales professional at DGM level with solid experience in pharmaceutical institutional business. The candidate must have proven expertise in tender handling, B2B relationships, and liaisoning with key stakeholders across government and private institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Institutional Sales operations across assigned regions
- Handle government and private hospital/institute tenders, including preparation, submission, follow-ups, and execution
- Develop and maintain strong B2B connections with institutions, hospitals, distributors,



and key decision-makers
- Manage liaisoning activities with government bodies, procurement departments, and regulatory authorities
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and key account management
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, regulatory) to ensure smooth order execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tender opportunities
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability of institutional business
- Represent the company in institutional meetings, negotiations, and business forums
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
