We are hiring for Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning development, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning theories, and instructional design methodologies.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand learning needs and design effective solutions.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support curriculum planning initiatives.
- Create visually engaging storyboards and impactful learning experiences across multiple formats.
- Develop a wide range of training deliverables, including:
- Web-Based Trainings (WBTs)
- Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs)
- Video scripts
- Job aids
- Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)
- Simulations
- Design and develop training content in close partnership with functional and business teams.




- Define measurable learning objectives and ensure content aligns with desired learning outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, or other authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, and Vyond.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies for content creation, curation, quality review, and learning innovation.
- Ensure all learning solutions meet quality, usability, and organizational standards.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong visualization and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, ERP, or business process training initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
