Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop recent business opportunities through direct channel sales, agency channel, field sales, and life insurance sales.
- Identify potential customers and convert them into paying clients by building strong rapport and trust.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for policy issuance, premium collection, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in insurance industry (life insurance preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
