Location: Malad West, Mumbai

RBL Bank is looking for customer-centric professionals to deliver an exceptional service experience to Affluent Credit Card customers. If you have experience in premium customer service, relationship management, hospitality, airlines, or concierge services, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with affluent/HNI customers.

- Deliver personalized customer service and resolve client queries.

- Handle concierge requests, including travel, hotel bookings, rewards, and lifestyle services.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

- Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Banking,



Credit Cards, Hospitality, Airlines, Concierge, or Premium Customer Service.

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

- Solid stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

- Experience handling HNI/VIP clients will be an added advantage.
