Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and oversee finishing work activities at Mumbai International Airport construction site.

2. Coordinate with the user team to understand their requirements and ensure that finishing work aligns with their expectations.

3. Manage manpower allocation and deployment effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.

4. Monitor material requirements and ensure timely procurement and deployment to the site.

5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and work is progressing according to schedule.

6. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the finishing work phase and implement appropriate solutions.

7. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth execution of finishing work.

8. Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.





Requirements:

1. B-Arch or a related field.

2. Proven experience in overseeing finishing work on large-scale construction projects, preferably in airport infrastructure.

3. Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques related to finishing work.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with the user team, contractors, and other stakeholders.

5. Ability to manage and lead a team of workers and subcontractors.

6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. 8.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
